Bruce Lenzer

Bruce is a CVS with 30 years diversified experience in value methodology, life cycle cost analysis, business process reengineering, total quality management, business administration, and project management.

He has been involved in SAVE International for more than 25 years and has held numberous local chapter and international director and officer positions. He is a Past President of SAVE International and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation.

Bruce developed a hybrid FAST-cost computer modeling tool and is the developer and teacher of a multi-dimensional decision analysis FAST hybrid modeling technique. He has promoted VM within several private organizations and government agencies and is involved with several professional societies to provide the VM perspective within those organizations.

He as received numerous awards and commendations for his VM related work from SAVE, the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Department of Energy and the Society of Japanese Value Engineers.
